This website only collects data when you fill in the contact form yourself. We use no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics services.

What the form collects

Contact details

Name, company, email address and, if you enter it, phone number.

About your request

Sector, number of employees, systems, main bottleneck, preferred start and your message.

Technical

Your IP address and browser details are processed briefly by Cloudflare to block spam and abuse (Turnstile and rate limiting). We do not store them.

Why

To reply to your request and prepare an introductory call. The legal basis is your request for contact (steps prior to entering into a contract) and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

How long we keep it

Your message arrives as an email at [email protected]. We keep it for up to 12 months after our last contact. If it leads to an assignment, we keep what is needed for as long as the law requires. The website itself does not store your message.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare: hosting, security and spam checks.
• Resend: delivery of the form message as an email.

Data processing agreements apply with these parties. Where data leaves the EU, this is based on the standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Email [email protected]. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
